Mental Awareness
Mental awareness is very important in one's life. What is mental awareness? It is the state of mind which is fully aware of its surroundings. Being aware is being fully present. Take a deep breath, the air that you are breathing is real. Often in one's daily lives, we forget to concentrate on the simple things that surround us. One needs to acknowledge that we are indeed part of a great design. All minds seem to be floating in clouds. Use your senses to feel the rain, see the rain, and simply accept it. The reality is in front of you. Do not fight it. There is a thin line in our mind if it is not properly taken care it can lead to haywire. When one is aware of their surroundings, then your mind is close to stability.
Accepting that one is not mentally aware or stable is the first step to recovery. No matter what others say, you alone know what is not right with you. Know for a fact that it is ok to acknowledge that I am mentally ill. People around you may or may not understand it. But all that heart racing thoughts or difficulty getting up from bed, mean something. Do not ignore it, seek medical help as soon as possible. It is common to get sidetracked. Even though the doctor says to take the pills, your mind acts on you. When one's mental state is not stable, support from family members is very important.
Why suicide?
When mental health comes to its bad peak it is as though the whole universe is conspiring you to do it.
The only and the only way out of this is "Take your medication", no matter what happens. Never be alone. Just hold on, there will be a blue sky after the rain. It is that single moment in a flash you tend to think that what you are going to do is the right thing. Trust me, You can do better.
